We're looking for a Production Manager who is not only a master of product development cycles, logistics and budgets, but also a subject matter expert in the world of location-based entertainment, interactive installations, and cutting-edge immersive technologies - with a talent for business development and pitching innovative ideas to clients.

In this role you will :
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for immersive experiences, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Foster strong client relationships by ensuring strategic and operational planning, while maintaining thorough communication throughout the production process.
- Source and manage external partners as needed.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal and external creative, technical, and operational teams, ensuring alignment and clarity on project goals.
- Conduct risk analyses regularly and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful development.
- Develop compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.
- Provide insights on innovative production techniques in immersive or live event entertainment and best practices to enhance project execution.
What we're looking for :
- Proven experience in production management within location-based entertainment, interactive installations, live events, or immersive experiences.
- Strong understanding of product development cycles, logistics, budgeting, and resource management.
- Expertise in interactive technologies and experiential design.
- Experience sourcing and managing external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
