Reporting to the programming team lead, this role involves close collaboration with game design and programming. The principal UI/UX Designer will guide the high-level UI/UX vision and ensure seamless integration within the project. With a foundation already in place, there's plenty of room for creativity and innovation. We're looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to build upon this groundwork.
In this role you will :
- Partner with senior leadership to create accessible and engaging experiences;
- Generate industry leading level UX/UI designs that both achieve game experience goals and improve the player experience in the form of mockups, prototypes, flows, and layouts.;
- Play a crucial role in shaping the UI art direction;
- Collaborate with game design,tech, and art to deliver innovative, intuitive, and efficient experiences for our players;
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation standards, processes, and collaborative workflows.
What we're looking for :
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a UX/UI role working on AAA productions;
- Good critical thinking, problem solving skills, and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work through ambiguity and in team environments;
- Familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite and various prototyping tools i.e., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch and Unreal (a plus).
